Additional Requirements:
Least 4 years of HR experience, with somewhere around 2 years in the Employee Relations work;
Should have insight in dealing with disciplinary issues;
Ought to have a fair comprehension of winning work law, legal and administrative necessities;
Solid order over Microsoft Office Package;
Capable in both Bangla and English correspondence;
Self-impelled, capable in client centricity, cooperative person, and ability to fulfill time constraints.

Job Responsibilities:
Help the most common way of resolving detailed issues concerning unfortunate behavior and resistance;
Survey and update Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Rule Book dependent on any correction by the concerned power;
Liaise with the workplace of work power to determine pertinent issues;
Effectively participate in all request processes;
Backing the administration with intermittent and specially appointed reports on disciplinary issues;
Keep up with appropriate documentation in every disciplinary case;
Refresh and keep up with worker disciplinary information base in a precise, coordinated, and perfect way;
Give information according to the necessity of outside reviewers/administrative bodies and resolve their questions.
